    • Presentation of tools and techniques to establish open and non-judgmental communication.​

     Developing psychological safety within your team​

    • Understanding how to establish psychological safety that encourages risk-taking and free expression of ideas.​
    • Interactive workshop: Establishing rules for compassionate and constructive communication.​
    • Role-playing exercise: Simulation of constructive feedback and error management within the team.​
  • MODULE 3

    The art of collaborative communication​

    • Communication techniques to improve active listening, mutual understanding, and conflict management.​
    • Creating team routines to facilitate productive exchanges and strengthen cohesion.​
